We currently ship to all locations across Kenya. Whether you’re in Nairobi, a major town, or a rural area, our reliable delivery partners will ensure your order reaches you safely.
📍 Nairobi & Surrounding Areas – Fast same-day delivery available.
🏙 Major Towns – Delivery within 1-2 working days.
🌍 Rural Areas – Delivery within up to 7 working days.
🚛 International shipping is not yet available, but we plan to introduce it soon!
2. Delivery Methods
We have three flexible delivery options for your convenience:
A. Home & Office Delivery (All Over Kenya)
- We partner with SpeedAF and Wells Fargo for secure and reliable shipping.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp for easy tracking.
- For orders outside Nairobi, our delivery partners will call you when your order arrives for collection.
- Important: You will need to present your ID for verification when collecting your order.
B. Nairobi CBD Pickup
- Prefer to pick up your order in person? No problem!
- We offer a convenient collection point in Nairobi CBD for those who prefer a quick and easy pickup.
- Same-day collection can be arranged once your deposit is received and your order is confirmed.
C. Free Shipping – No Extra Charges!
- All our deliveries are completely FREE! There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
⏳ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 hour after receiving your deposit.
