Apply Online
Fastest way to make an application is through our website. Click on the “apply now” section and complete our online application form with your details. We will conduct internal and external credit and fraud checks and contact you with a decision instantaneously.
Approval
If you are registered on M-Pesa or Pay with Equity, and 18+ years of age with a regular source of income and with good credit, our approval process takes a maximum of 30 minutes. If your application is for a new device, we will dispatch your new device on the same day. Collections may be arranged across major cities.
Lipa Mdogo Mdogo
As part of the approval process, You will be contacted to pay an initial deposit for your device. After you will be required to make regular payments as per your contract terms to keep your device unlocked. There are no additional fees, penalties or interest charged if you keep up with your payments. Ownership of the device will transfer to you after the final payment and the device will be unlocked.
