    We check your details and call you with a decision.

    Deposit & delivery

    Pay the deposit by M-PESA and your phone is on its way.

  5. 12 or 14 months

    Yours

    Pay daily or weekly. After the final payment, it’s fully yours.

Paying is simple, and your phone stays on

Pay with M-PESA

Only M-PESA is accepted. Pay every day, or a week at a time.

  1. Open M-PESA and choose Lipa na M-PESA
  2. Choose Pay Bill
  3. Business number: 4090703
  4. Account number: your Ranalo Credit account number, which we give you when you’re approved. Then enter the amount
  5. Enter your PIN and confirm
Up to date: phone works normallyKeep paying and nothing changes. No extra fees.
Payment missed: phone locksNo penalties are added. It just waits for you to catch up.
Catch up: it unlocks againOnce your payments are up to date, the phone is unlocked.
Final payment: it’s yoursThe phone is unlocked for good and fully yours.

Questions about paying

Can I pay weekly instead of daily?

Yes. Pay your daily amount each day, or seven days at once each week. The phone page shows the weekly amount.

Why are some contracts 14 months?

Most phones are on a 12-month contract and a few are on 14 months. The term is always shown when you choose your phone, before you apply.

Are there late fees or penalties?

No. If you miss a payment the phone locks until you catch up, but nothing extra is added to what you owe.

When does the phone become mine?

As soon as you make the final payment. The phone is then unlocked for good.

Do you offer iPhones?

Not at the moment. We offer Samsung, Tecno, Infinix and itel phones, plus accessories.
